Locations

Since moving back to the region in December 2018, Matthews has worked to expand Nurse Wellness into a larger footprint, including opening a flagship storefront in the Moorestown Mall in 2019 after operating out of a kiosk. The storefront is situated in a prime spot right off the exit ramp of New Jersey Route 38, directly next to Harvest Seasonal Grill and across from Rizzieri Salon and Spa as well as a large Boscov’s department store. The store sells CBD and THC products but only within the federal boundaries of hemp, which is legal at a federal level, whereas marijuana still has high levels of THC. Hemp-derived CBD and THC are different from marijuana because they come from plants with varying concentrations of specific cannabinoids and terpenes.

Education

A nurse may choose to pursue a one-year practical or vocational nursing program to become an LPN/LVN, or a two-to-four-year RN program to become a registered nurse. After completing a nursing program, a nurse can take the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-PN or NCLEX-RN) to receive their nursing license. Some nurses also choose to obtain a bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a master’s or doctorate degree.
